Job Title: Design Coordinator Architecture (Real Estate) Location: Baner, Pune Experience: 4 to 8 years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background with proven experience in premium villa, bungalow, or luxury hotel projects . As a Design Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of design intent throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage design development from concept to execution in alignment with project goals. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to review and refine drawings and design documents. Ensure compliance with design standards, regulatory codes, and project timelines. Support project planning by integrating design inputs with construction schedules. Conduct design reviews and manage design change control. Participate in site visits to ensure design implementation and resolve design-related issues. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – mandatory . 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in design coordination, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector . Prior experience working on high-end villas, bungalow, or premium hotel projects is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of design standards, materials, and construction techniques. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
