Talent Acquisition (80% Focus): Must have experience in pharmaceutical industry Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant-based and field roles Conduct screening, schedule interviews, manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures Maintain and update hiring dashboards, trackers, and recruitment MIS Leverage job portals, social media and referrals HR Operations (20% Focus): Maintain employee database and documentation Training and development of staff as per requirement Help in preparing HR MIS and reports for audits or management reviews Job Location: Kadi, Gujarat ( Bus transportation facility available from Ahmedabad, Kalol & Kadi) Note: Immediate joiner will be preferred first
