Responsibilities: Send service quotations to customers three months in advance, especially during the last quarter, to provide ample time for follow-up and customer decision-making. Conduct continuous follow-ups with customers to drive conversion and ensure timely closure of deals. Schedule and attend meetings with customers to discuss quotations, address queries, and build strong relationships. Work closely with customers to collect Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure a smooth order-to-service transition. Coordinate effectively with internal teams including service, finance, and operations to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction. What makes you a great addition to the team: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in service sales or customer-facing roles (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups efficiently. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
