QUALITY INTEGRITY TRUST ACCOUNTABILITY TRANSPARENT CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT HONESTY TEAMWORK Executive/ Sr. Executive – Business Development JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking young and aggressive individuals to identify and generate new business opportunities The candidate should have an understanding of market research Should be capable of analyzing industry trends Must be able to identify potential clients and business opportunities REQUIRED SKILLS Responsible for generating quality leads in international markets for Novus Insight’s offerings Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business before reaching out to them Lead generation through email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline Generating & maintaining the leads/database/CRM Setting up highly qualified meetings for the Sales team Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to deal with international clients Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales or demonstrated achievement in B2B services sales QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 0 to 2 years of experience in sales MBA LOCATION Gurugram SHIFT TIMINGS 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
