Job Description

Role & responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with equipment, machinery, and systems, performing necessary repairs and maintenance. Implement and execute preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity. Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding equipment operation and maintenance. Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and any issues encountered, creating reports as needed. Monitor equipment performance, identify potential problems, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal efficiency. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on service progress and addressing their needs.
