Role & responsibilities: Responsible for Recruitment and Selection of the candidates. Recruitment of all vacant positions within stipulated TAT. Schedule & coordinate day to day interviews and also screen candidates in the first level. Sourcing of candidates profile from Job portals and other sources (Social media), taking preliminary interview, getting technical / HR / Management round of interviews. Timely update of the Man Power Chart and planning for recruitment well in advance. To interact with newly joined employees and to receive feedback from them. Issuance of offer letter, appointment letter, transfer letter, promotion letter, service agreement, Non-disclosure agreement etc. Maintain candidates database as per position and Dept. Maintenance of active candidate database, joined employees file, rejected and on hold candidates file. Induction of staffs at Head office. Responsible for End to End recruitment coordination Prepare HRMIS Reports and software updation in ERP and Excel files. Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. Assist employees at HO and sites for grievances solving. Assist new employee joining formalities and employee engagement activities. Stay updated with latest government notifications, new legislation and norms. Train any new employees for ERP system. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
