As a Telesales Executive, you will have to : - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services. - Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and secure sales appointments. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. - Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions. - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM software. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business. - Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. - Collaborate with team members and sales managers to achieve collective goals and objectives. - Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Requirements : - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telecalling or telesales role. - Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice. - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
