Job Summary: The Data Mapping Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate data mapping and updating, supporting the team with data analysis, responding to farmer queries, mapping FAQs, and sharing relevant reports with the team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Data Mapping Updating Collect, clean, and map data from various sources. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. Update and maintain records as per company standards. Team Support Assist team members with data-related tasks. Provide necessary insights to support decision-making. Farmer Query Management Address and resolve farmer queries efficiently. Work closely with the relevant team to provide accurate responses. FAQ Mapping Identify frequently asked questions and document responses. Ensure FAQs are regularly updated and accessible to the team. Data Analysis Report Sharing Analyze collected data to generate insights. Prepare and share reports with the team for strategic planning. Identify trends and suggest improvements based on data analysis. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle large datasets and maintain accuracy.
