Job Description

Manage Daily Transportation Operations: Coordinate daily employee pick-up and drop-off schedules, ensuring timely and safe transport. Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party transport providers, oversee contracts, ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met, and resolve any issues. Route Planning and Optimization: Design and implement optimal transport routes based on employee addresses, office timings, and traffic patterns to reduce costs and travel time. Compliance and Safety: Ensure vehicles meet all regulatory and safety standards. Conduct periodic audits of drivers and vehicles (insurance, licenses, permits). Employee Coordination: Address transport-related concerns and provide real-time updates in case of delays or emergencies. Technology Utilization: Leverage GPS and transport management systems (TMS) for tracking, routing, and performance monitoring.
