Role: E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE Location : Meera Nagar, Udaipur, Rajasthan Experience : 1-2 Years Salary : Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 20,000 (Per Month) Timings : 10 AM to 6:10 PM (Sundays Off) Key responsibilities: Ensure product listings are accurate and consistent across all online e-commerce platforms. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with teams to maintain inventory levels. Track and follow up on client orders and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution. Update office records and assist with administrative tasks. Coordinate with departments to support operations. Support inventory management on Zoho and assist with stock audits, as well as handle shipment duties (domestic/international). Assist in processing purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills. Assist the management with our e-commerce website and 3rd party e-commerce stores (e.g.: Walmart, Amazon etc). Requirements: Experienced (min 1/2 years) in a corporate office with an e-commerce field Experience: 1-2 years in managing online sales channels, marketplaces, or B2B Order processing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of computer operating system. Analytical Abilities: Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills Communication Skills: High-level written and verbal communication Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and support business operations Availability: Immediate Preferred: Knowledge of export/import procedures, Previous experience in export firm.
