Job Description

1)Responsible for managing P&L of the branch.2)Managing new & existing clients for FTL business.3)Managing vehicle Placements.4)Follow- up for payment collection.5)Solving Client queries.Responsibilities: Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Take full responsibility for the branch's financial performance, including revenue generation and cost control. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement. Client Acquisition and Management (FTL Business): Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new FTL clients. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Vehicle Placement Management: Coordinate and manage vehicle placements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Optimize vehicle utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Work closely with drivers and dispatchers to ensure smooth operations. Monitor vehicle availablity, and plan accordingly. Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment disputes. Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions. Location : Chennai /Bangalore / Bhiwandi/Hyderabad.
