Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1.Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market, analyze competition offerings versus our offerings, and formulate actionable strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand Walplast. 2. Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast Tile Adhesive & Range of Tile Adheisve Products gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration). Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations. 3. Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Paints and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation. 4. Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. 5. Revenue Growth: Meet the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. 6. Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have experience in building materials OR construction chemical industry. Candidate must have experience of handling products like Tile Adhesive, Ceramics, Tiles, and a range of tile adhesives products.
