Desigantion : Executive/Sr.Executive-Warehouse Required Qualification: Any Degree Experience 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience in 3PL WH Operation Management. Technical Knowledge & Skills Sound understanding & knowledge of 3PL WH Operation Management. Well-versed with the Inward/Outward order execution and its process. Sound knowledge of Stock & inventory management. Exposure in working in WMS (Warehouse Management System) Should have strong analytical skills. Exposure in working on various MIS reports and to maintain all the related data and documents of FG Warehouse, Order Processing etc. Should be proficiency in MS-Office. Should have SAP knowledge and its functions would be an added advantage Job Purpose Responsible for monitoring end-to-end 3PL WH operations of FG-Products. Responsible for space optimization of space, timely inward/outward operations. Ensure timely 3PL WH MIS reporting. Principal Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities) Daily Monitoring of 3PL WH Operations Inbound/outbound as per the target. 3PL WH Space management optimum utilization of space. Ensure to co-ordinate with local 3PL Warehouse Team for timely scanning process of product serial no. to avoid error. Planning transfer dispatches with co-ordination with 3PL Location, HO team & logistics team Monthly inventory reconciliation of 3PL WH Inventory & support in audit.(Physical vs. System). Preparation and analysis of various MIS reports like space Order Processing report, Product delivery or dispatch (outward) report, monthly courier file etc. Verification of Monthly Billing data of respective 3PL Location.
