Desired Candidate Profile:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll and Statutory Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing payroll functions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and handling various administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in HR software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.Key Responsibilities:Payroll and Statutory:Process employee salaries, bonuses, and compensation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and tax withholding details, and manage changes in employee status.Stay informed about tax laws and regulations related to payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory compliance requirements such as PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans, acting as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers.Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including EPFO, ESIC, MLWF, PT, Bonus, POSH, etc.Assist with planning and execution of engagement activities and special events for employees.Manage complete employee lifecycle management from hire to exit, including documentation for all payroll transactions.Communicate with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and collaborate with HR and Finance departments.Oversee housekeeping, security, and peons management.Administration:Manage office administration functions including procurement, purchases of supplies, and stationery.Maintain office assets and records, including asset management, maintenance, and repairs.Renew various office contracts and AMCs.Manage expenses and reimbursement processes.Ensure overall office upkeep and management, including car maintenance and services.Conduct outdoor visits to vendors, dealers, etc.Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD.Skills Requirements:Proven experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and office administration.Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Willingness to travel for outdoor visits and events as required.Join us in our mission to maintain efficient payroll and statutory processes while ensuring a conducive work environment through effective office administration.
