CMP Design Food Retail: Prior experience in CMP design, food retailing, or related fields. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on quality, budget, and timelines. Stakeholder Management: Experience collaborating with diverse teams to implement design and food solutions. Knowledge In-depth understanding of the CMP design and retail establishment processes. Knowledge of IKEA Food retailing concepts and global consumer eating habits. Familiarity with food nutrition, food hygiene standards, and business operational best practices. Understanding of IKEA s multichannel shopping experience, brand objectives, and values. Your responsibilities Design Implementation: Lead the planning, design, and implementation of food retail spaces at new CMPs and major rebuilds, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and expanding the customer base. Swedish Food Experience: Infuse Swedish food traditions into unique food experiences that align with IKEA s home furnishing knowledge. Project Management: Oversee a large portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality solutions by collaborating with market teams, Ingka Group, and Inter IKEA Systems. Innovation Development: Stay updated on emerging technologies and business opportunities to enhance food solutions, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Compliance Safety: Safeguard adherence to hygiene and food safety standards in all designs and implementations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with country organizations, Ingka Group, Retail Concepts, and IKEA Food teams to implement seamless and consistent retail solutions.
