Mission: Being responsible to organize the shop expeditions inline with the priorities Plan , coordinate with Cross functional teams to ensure timely target . Objective: Ensure for organizing the shop expeditions and to manage Inventory ( consumables and In-direct materials). Skills and Qualifications: System: Knowledge in Logistics operation Skill for operating Industrial Equipment's Knowledge on transportation bookings and follow-up Knowledge on procurement activities Operational: Any Graduate with 4-8 years experience Experience in Logistics & transport Operations Principle Responsibilities and Authority: To organize the shipping ( Exports and Domestics) Ensures readiness of the shipments with all the aspects ( Packaging , Invoice, Customs Bills , e-way bill) To ensure the timely shipment deliverables with good co-ordination and priority plans from subcontracting team To ensure vehicle on time placement and release To follow up with cross functional team for achieving objective To ensure the packaging is inline with the requirement of India customs and destination requirement. To ensure the safety stock (consumables and indirect materials) and to manage material issue to the Shop To be skillful to manage and monitor the 3-Party teams on Dock management .
