JOB PROFILE We are two star Export house holder fast growing company specialized in the field of Machined Components looking for dedicated Team Player for our Export Import department. Post: Export Executive Experience: 2-5 years of relevant field Education: Graduate, diploma in International Trade or MBA preferable Key Points • Candidate should have Good Communication skills • Knowledge of Export Import FCL & LCL shipments custom clearance procedure • Knowledge of Duty drawback, RODTEP, IGST Refund • Pre-shipment & Post shipment documentation & monitoring • Well versed with latest schemes & reforms • DGFT • BRC • Negotiation ability Job description • Prepare commercial invoice, packing list and all the pre shipment documents. • Maintain update record of all export shipments data in excel files. • Coordinate with CHA & Forwarders for all the export related queries and documentation. • Follow up with CHA & Forwarder for timely shipments • Getting Proof of Delivery of each Shipment from various forwarders. • BRC procedure • Drawback & IGST refund follow up with CHA & Forwarder for timely receipt • Shipment booking after comparison and negotiation with Forwarder • Analyzation of Export shipments for maintaining the Ontime delivery of the shipments and taking necessary corrective actions. • Import Custom clearance
