Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - To manage the export process. - Handling existing International Buyers (Distributors) and catering to market demand for our range of products. - Monitoring targeted sales, inventories and stock levels at their end. - Identify potential clients and appoint them as distributor within new or existing markets by restructuring the area of operations (Segment wise). - Responsible for developing New Packaging/Labeling/POP/POS to suit market dynamics with advertising agencies. - Develop and implement trade related activities (BTL), to meet business growth and profit objectives. i.e. In-store promotion, Road Shows, Event Sponsorships, Van branding, etc. - Provide regular market feedback and forecasts to the management. - Co-ordinate with Quality teams to conduct necessary Factory Audits & Certifications as per market requirement. - Monitor Pre-Post shipment Documentation, Payments & PM Stock at factory level. - Periodically review regulatory requirement and rework on pricing structures. - Closely work with R & D team for New Product Development, after carefully understanding the current trends, needs and competitors strategy. 5 Years in Import & Export Global Market Amazon E-commerce experience would be an add on advantage 1.
