Responsibilities include but are not limited to: To manage the export process. Handling existing International Buyers (Distributors) and catering to market demand for our range of products. Monitoring targeted sales, inventories and stock levels at their end. Identify potential clients and appoint them as distributor within new or existing markets by restructuring the area of operations (Segment wise). Responsible for developing New Packaging/Labeling/POP/POS to suit market dynamics with advertising agencies. Develop and implement trade related activities (BTL), to meet business growth and profit objectives. i.e. In-store promotion, Road Shows, Event Sponsorships, Van branding, etc. Provide regular market feedback and forecasts to the management. Co-ordinate with Quality teams to conduct necessary Factory Audits & Certifications as per market requirement. Monitor Pre-Post shipment Documentation, Payments & PM Stock at factory level. Periodically review regulatory requirement and rework on pricing structures. Closely work with R & D team for New Product Development, after carefully understanding the current trends, needs and competitors strategy. Should have knowledge of the list of documents required for import & export Global Market research Product research Should know import & export rules & regulations
