Export Manager

Job Description

Designing and implementing all export strategies. Negotiate and execute contracts with foreign buyers. Managing relationships with international clients, vendors, and business partners. Participating in various International exhibitions and trade shows. Conduct Market Research, Travelling and Meeting with Customers. Have in-depth knowledge of exports procedures, custom clearance, Sea Port operations, documentation, CFS operations, transportation. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to export control, sanctions, etc. Managing the inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements when necessary. Monitoring all the sales transactions and reviewing all the customer responses for all orders and payments. Prepare reports for senior management on the status of export activities. Supervise a team of export coordinators and other staff. Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to export activities. Desired Qualification Demonstrable experience of over 10-15 years in Export Management activities preferably in FMCG industry and Food Processing Industries. Relevant or equivalent Managerial experience of 5 years. Exceptional negotiation skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required Ability to meet up with targets. Strong business orientation and commitment to goals. Excellent communication skills. Must possess time management skills, with the ability to make timely decisions.
