The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely shipment of hardware, tools, household products, furniture, industrial goods. #### Key Responsibilities - Order Management: Handle export orders from inquiry to shipment, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications, timelines, and budgets. - Product Development: Collaborate with vendors to develop hardlines products, ensuring alignment with market trends, quality standards, and client requirements. - Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify and negotiate with reliable suppliers for raw materials and finished goods, optimizing costs while maintaining quality. - Quality Assurance: Monitor production processes, conduct pre-shipment inspections, and ensure adherence to international quality norms. - Documentation: Prepare and verify export documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. - Market Research: Analyze global market trends in hardlines to recommend product improvements and competitive pricing strategies. - Coordination: Liaise between overseas buyers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of orders. - Compliance: Ensure all exports meet international trade regulations, customs requirements, and buyer-specific standards.
