Work location MBC Infotech Park, D Building 9th & 10th Floor, MBC Compound, Road, Sainath Nagar, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder, Thane, Maharashtra 400615 Job profile Key Responsibilities: Order Management and Coordination: Manage international export orders from initiation to delivery. Liaise with buyers and clients to understand their product specifications, requirements, and delivery schedules. Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all details (size, color, design, quantity, and delivery timeline) are accurate. Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure the product meets client specifications. Product Development: Collaborate with the design and product development team to ensure products align with buyer requirements. Oversee the creation and approval of samples before finalizing bulk production. Ensure the product meets the latest trends and quality standards. Quality Control and Compliance: Coordinate with the Quality Control department to ensure that all products meet international quality standards and buyer specifications. Resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with relevant export regulations, including product certifications and documentation. Logistics and Shipment Management: Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of products to international clients. Prepare necessary export documents (Invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.). Monitor the shipment process to ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery. Client Relationship and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients regarding product inquiries, orders, and post-sales support. Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their orders. Address and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Costing and Pricing: Prepare accurate price quotations based on cost analysis and buyer requirements. Ensure that all pricing is competitive while maintaining company profitability. Review and negotiate pricing and terms with clients as needed. Market Analysis and Feedback: Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market demands. Gather client feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal teams for process and product improvements. Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all export documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Track and report on the status of orders, production, and shipment to senior management. Maintain records of all client communications, orders, and shipments.
