Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Executive to drive international sales of our OTC pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of proven experience in export sales, particularly in regulated and semi-regulated markets, and will be responsible for developing global distributor relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand export sales of OTC pharma products in target countries Develop and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients Identify and open new export markets Coordinate with regulatory and logistics teams to ensure timely documentation, shipping, and compliance Attend global trade shows and exhibitions to generate leads Handle pricing, negotiations, and commercial terms with clients Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic inputs Prepare and maintain export sales reports and forecasts Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or related field 3–4 years of hands-on experience in export sales of OTC or pharma products Familiarity with export documentation, INCOTERMS, and country-specific regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Ability to travel internationally, if required Preferred Markets Experience: Africa, Southeast Asia, CIS, Middle East, or Latin America
