Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and execute export sales strategies to expand into new international markets. Identify and onboard new international distributors and retail partners. Build and maintain relationships with key overseas clients and trade partners. Analyze international market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Manage export documentation, compliance, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, finance) to align export goals with business objectives. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth from international markets. Attend international trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and secure new business opportunities. Key Skills: Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation. Strategic thinking and market analysis. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the food industry. Strong understanding of global market dynamics and international trade regulations. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
