Designation: Extruder Operator / Engineer Location: Urse, Pune Roles & Responsibilities Machine Operation : - Operate the extrusion machine efficiently and safely. Manage the start-up process and set the appropriate temperature for the extrusion machine. Process Control : - Ensure proper setup and running conditions for the machine. Monitor and adjust the machine parameters to ensure consistent product quality. Troubleshooting : - Diagnose and resolve any mechanical, electrical , or process-related issues during machine operation. Identify and fix malfunctions quickly to avoid downtime. Preventive Maintenance : - Perform preventive maintenance on the extrusion machine to keep it running at optimal levels. Ensure that all machine parts are in good condition and regularly check for wear and tear. Safety & Compliance : - Follow all safety protocols and SOPs to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational guidelines. Documentation & Reporting : - Maintain accurate logs of machine settings, production data, and any troubleshooting activities. Report machine performance and maintenance needs to the supervisor. Collaboration : - Coordinate with the maintenance team and other operators to ensure smooth production. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of extrusion processes and machine settings. Good troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues . Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Education: CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
