Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ecommerce Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses. You will be responsible for driving strong results, increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and using advanced strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities : Facebook Ads Creation and Management : Develop and manage Facebook Ads campaigns specifically tailored for e-commerce clients. Create compelling ad copy, design engaging visuals, and use audience targeting strategies to drive conversions. Campaign Optimization : Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and adjusting budgets to improve ROAS. Ensure that the campaigns are always aligned with client goals. A/B Testing : Manage A/B tests to compare different ad variations, audiences, and creatives. Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, and apply insights to improve performance. Shopping Ads : Manage and optimize Facebook Shopping Ads, ensuring seamless integration with product catalogs. Troubleshoot any issues related to product approval, pricing, inventory, and catalog discrepancies. Advantage Plus Campaigns : Leverage Advantage Plus campaigns to enhance targeting and reach. Optimize and troubleshoot these campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness. Product Catalog Ads : Implement and optimize product catalog ads to increase visibility and sales. Ensure that product data is up-to-date and aligned with ad goals. Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve issues like account suspensions, restrictions, or ad rejections. Work closely with Facebook's support team to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Client Communication : Regularly update clients on campaign performance, discuss strategies, and make adjustments based on feedback and insights. Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns for e-commerce businesses. E-commerce Expertise : Proven track record of creating successful campaigns for e-commerce brands. Experience in driving sales, increasing ROAS, and using Facebook Ads Manager. Technical Skills : Familiarity with Facebook Pixel, product catalog setup, Advantage Plus campaigns, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies. Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Facebook Ads, including account suspensions, product approval issues, and Shopping Ads discrepancies. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns. Video Ads : Experience with creating and optimizing video ads on Facebook to drive engagement and conversions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex strategies and data insights to clients clearly. Work Schedule : Available to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) and be highly responsive in a remote work environment. Nice to Have : Experience with Google Shopping Ads or other e-commerce ad platforms. Familiarity with additional marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar). Why Join Global eBrand?
