As our global community grows, we’re looking for a Facebook and Google Ads Specialist to help us bring our brand to kindred spirits through soulful, high-performing ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who’s not only a data-driven marketer but also a creative thinker—someone who can conceptualize, design, and write ads independently that truly feel like La Petite Alice. 🌿 What You’ll Do: Plan, create, and manage Facebook (Meta) and Google ad campaigns from concept to execution. Independently create compelling ad visuals and write copy that aligns with our brand tone—gentle, elegant, and heartfelt. Analyze campaign performance, optimize in real time, and continuously work toward improving ROAS and customer engagement. Segment audiences and tailor messaging based on the customer journey. Collaborate with our in-house team for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special collections. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, ad formats, and platform updates to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant. 🌿 You Might Be a Perfect Fit If: You have 2+ years of experience managing paid ads across Facebook and Google for e-commerce brands. You have a strong creative eye , and can design ad graphics and write persuasive, brand-aligned ad copy yourself. You’re confident with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , Google Analytics (GA4) , and WooCommerce . You’re analytical but deeply understand the value of storytelling and emotional resonance in marketing. You’re detail-oriented, self-driven, and love working in a small, hands-on team.
