Job Description

Below are the listed responsibilities of this role:  Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance  Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work  Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians  Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)  Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance  Monitor inventory of materials and equipment  Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)  Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations Personality: Likeable, Patient, High Attention to Detail, High on Ownership & Accountability Skills: Ability to learn quickly, Logic & Analytical skill Great communication skills in Hindi and English Basic data analysis on Excel and Google sheets 8770897078 mushira@white-force.in Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Application Question(s): Required Immediate joiner or 15 days Candidate must be Comfortable for 6 DAYS WORKING Timing - 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Candidate Comfortable for travelling part Candidate must have experience in : Facility & Maintenance in Food Industry Candidate must be Comfortable for 25k to 35k CTC Depends on last ctc & Experience Candidate must have Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
