The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing various administrative functions and facilities operations. Key Responsibilities Manage transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient movement of employees and materials. Oversee housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized workplace. Handle vendor management, ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate procurement activities, including ordering and tracking supplies. Manage general office facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting. Draft and respond to professional emails in a clear and concise manner. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and infrastructure. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and facilities management. Strong knowledge of transportation, logistics, housekeeping, vendor management, and procurement. Proficiency in Excel and email correspondence.
