Our reputed MNC Client is hiring for: Designation: Assistant Manager- Facility & Admin Location: Adugudi, Bangalore / Outer Ring Road, Bangalore Shift: General Shift Working Mode: Work From Office (5 days working) Notice Period: 0-30 days (Plz don't apply if your notice period is more than 30 days) NOTE: 1 year of contract role/3rd party payroll which is extendable on good performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Proven experience in Facility Management, Office administration, Liasoning & Co-ordination across Tech Center Facility Management verticals B) Operational and Technical -Lead from front all Facility and Admin related operations of the premises -100% legal and processes compliances - 100% Following code of conduct of the company - Work permits, maintaining high level of Safety in operations - Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders -supervision and coordination of employee services of staff transportation, cabs, canteen and pantry operations, cleaning services, security services, Facility management building repairs and maintenance, building services operations, cellular services, travel and hotel bookings, office stationery, drinking water, employee cards, employee uniforms, premises landscapes, infrastructure, company Ambulance etc and any other services as decided by the organization - general administration of site operations - purchase Indent raising, coordination with purchase team for ordering - Invoice checking, cost provision forecast submissions to finance team - monthly KPI/SLA checking/ submissions of all service providers - Supporting for company events, sports, family day etc - Coordination with Prestige team for tech park facilities - Strive to minimize costs while maintaining the quality of services. - Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. - Allocate office space according to needs, space management. - Handle insurance plans and service contracts & Keep financial and non-financial records - Maintaining facility -admin stocks and inventories, timely ordering - Preparing Facility and admin processes, SOPs and standards for the site - Maintaining the Facility and Admin records, and documentation - Annual budget and Planning for the FM and Admin works - Good Computer Skills of MS Office, word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook - Facility asset records and maintenance - Delivering high Quality FM and Admin services, working towards end user employee and stakeholder satisfaction. - Anticipation and Risk Management, Risk mitigation - Completion of tasks in a timebound manner. - Knowledge of quality standards ( like ISO) with reference to facilities management services, handling quality audits, security audits etc. - Visitors management - Cafeteria management NOTE: 1 year of contract of role/3rd party payroll which is extendable on good performance.
