Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Facility Manager with 1 year of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day facility operations, assist in onboarding new vendors, contribute to vendor development, and support the creative design of functional and aesthetic spaces within our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of facility and ensure seamless functionality. Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve services and cost-efficiency. Participate in facility enhancement projects, including space design and layout creativity. Work with the leadership team to innovate and redesign facility elements for better user experience. Maintain records of facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and compliance checklists. Support procurement and inventory management for facility-related materials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility management or related role. Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with an eye for design and space planning.
