Job Description

Role & responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility, covering electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other essential services. Oversee electrical and utility maintenance, including transformers, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and other critical equipment. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations as per local and national standards. Conduct regular fire drills, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs. Oversee the maintenance of fire safety equipment, such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and hydrants. Manage all regulatory compliances related to facility management, including building codes, safety regulations, and labor laws. Handle timely renewals of NOCs, licenses, and statutory approvals from relevant authorities. Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections. Supervise the facility management team, including technicians, housekeeping, and security staff. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for AMCs, repairs, and facility Operation. Negotiate contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure service quality. Ensure effective security measures, including CCTV monitoring, access control, and perimeter security. Work with security agencies to implement security protocols. Handle incident reporting, security audits, and risk minimization Plans or SOP.
