Job Description

1) Staff management: Recruiting, training, and developing a team of housekeeping professionals 2)Cleaning standards: Ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained 3) Customer service: Responding to customer complaints and special requests. 4) Training: Providing training on how to best handle customers' requests. 5) Inspecting: Inspecting the work of housekeeping staff to make sure it meets client expectation. 6) Visiting sites to take client feedback. 7) Arrange Manpower And Do Daliy Vist.
