Responsibilities and Duties : · HR Policy formation and implementation · Attendance management (Online & Offline) · Bio-metric configuration and implementation · Employee discrepancy management · Daily manpower report generation · Department wise daily cost report generation · Vendor management ( Mess, Housekeeping, Security, Labor Contractor, Accommodation) · Negotiation with vendor in monthly bills · Accommodation arrangement for workers and staff. · Labor arrangement for various location and department · Labor hiring through internal and external resources · Day to day administrative work Key Skills and Experience: · Min 10 years of work experience in HR+Admin+Commercial · Strong communication · Good Negotiation knowledge · Manpower relation management · Strong MS office knowledge ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Spine software knowledge will advantage Show more Show less
