Job Description

Supervise and manage production floor staff and shift operations. Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time. Monitor and maintain machinery involved in polymer washing, grinding, and extrusion. Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and quality control departments. Enforce safety and cleanliness standards across the factory. Maintain daily production and material usage records. Assist in optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste. Report directly to the Plant Manager or Operations Head.
