Job Description: Should be open to travel The program is primarily to train the college students (Arts and Science and Engineering ) on Basic communication, Presentation, Interview preparation, Grooming, Aptitude, resume building and all other aspects for them to be placement ready. The faculty should have experience training for such programs and should be good in the local language also The students may not have great communication skills or may not even be able to speak in English so the faculty has to have that empathy and work patiently with the students Classes will be held in the college campus as per the schedule finalized with the college The schedule will be full day classes at the college premises the days when there are no classes the faculty has to report to the respective center Maintaining a healthy relationship with the college authorities is mandatory as the representative of Metaapply. We are looking for a FT or Retainer kind of a model for this assignment. For a FT faculty – they will have to travel from residence to college and back home on days of classes – residence to our office on days when they don’t have classes – if the college is within city limits. Content etc will be given by Metaapply.
