As a Fashion Consultant at DIVA, you will guide our clients through their fashion choices, specifically focusing on ethnic and bridal wear. You will help ensure their selections not only elevate their personal style but also enhance their special occasions with memorable outfits. Role & responsibilities: Provide expert advice on ethnic wear, particularly Sarees and Gagra Choli, ensuring selections meet the client's expectations for style and occasion. Assist clients in selecting fabrics that are fashionable and appropriate for their needs, leveraging extensive knowledge of fabric types and their applications in ethnic wear. Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and market dynamics to offer the most current and stylish options to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering personalized service and follow-up consultations. Manage client profiles and preferences, ensuring a highly personalized shopping experience. Preferred candidate profile: 2-5 years of experience in fashion retail, specializing in Sarees, Gagra Choli, and Fabric selection. Strong understanding of fabric types, qualities and the latest trends in ethnic and bridal wear. Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a high-end client. A Degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred, with a passion for ethnic and bridal fashion.
