Job Title: Fashion Designer – Men’s Occasion wear & Couture Location: Naraina, New Delhi Experience: Minimum 3 Years Category: Luxury Menswear – Indo-Western | Western | Couture About the Brand: Bharat Reshma is a premier luxury menswear label known for its bold aesthetic, regal silhouettes, and handcrafted detailing. Our collections span ceremonial, festive, and red-carpet-ready menswear, blending Indian heritage with contemporary global influences. We are expanding our design team and looking for a visionary Fashion Designer who thrives in the world of luxury occasionwear and understands the art of styling the modern gentleman. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fashion Designer with a refined understanding of men’s Indo-Western and Western couture , strong command over embellishment techniques , and deep knowledge of high-end garment construction . The ideal candidate will be hands-on with draping, detailing, and material development, and capable of translating conceptual ideas into sharply tailored, fashion-forward pieces for men. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop exclusive Indo-Western and Western menswear (sherwanis, bandhgalas, tuxedos, jackets, structured sets) with a focus on embellishments , textural surfaces , and sharp tailoring Create mood boards , design sketches , and tech packs for new collections Innovate with surface techniques , embroideries, and artisanal finishes in collaboration with the sampling team Stay updated with global fashion trends , silhouettes, and menswear innovations in the premium segment Supervise sample development and fittings, ensuring precision in detailing, fit, and execution Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams for smooth execution Guide junior designers and interns to maintain the brand’s design integrity Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for trims, embellishments, and luxury fabrics Desired Candidate Profile: Degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion , couture menswear , or export-oriented design studios Strong portfolio showcasing embellished menswear , Indo-Western styles , and formal/fusion silhouettes Proficient in manual sketching , Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop , draping , and pattern techniques Sound understanding of fabrics (silks, velvets, brocades, satins, crepes), finishes , and high-end tailoring Creative, detail-driven, and well-versed in both fashion storytelling and commercial viability Should not be bridalwear-focused – our emphasis is exclusively on menswear couture and fusion occasionwear Key Skills Required: Indo-Western & Western Menswear Design Embellishment & Surface Development (non-ethnic, statement-driven) Draping, Tailoring & Structured Garment Construction Luxury Fabric Knowledge Collection Planning & Styling Couture Detailing & Artisanal Craft Job Details: Job Type: Full-Time Location: Naraina, New Delhi Schedule: Day Shift (Work From Office) Pay: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience) To Apply: Email your updated resume , portfolio link , and current CTC to: Bharatresmah2@gmail.com Application Questions: Do you have experience designing for men’s fashion (Western / Indo-Western)?
