About Instinct First Instinct First is a bold, contemporary clothing brand built at the intersection of identity, movement, and streetwear culture. We are redefining how fashion speaks to the modern generation—loud, intentional, and real. We’re now looking for a Fashion Marketing & Social Media Manager to bring our voice to life across platforms and shape how the world sees and interacts with our brand. Overview As the Fashion Marketing and Social Media Manager, you will lead the creative and strategic direction of Instinct First’s digital presence. This includes content planning, campaign execution, community building, and storytelling that reflects our brand's edge, energy, and ethos. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Plan and launch campaigns around product drops, collections, and brand moments. Identify and leverage cultural trends and conversations to keep the brand relevant and reactive. Creative Communication & Fashion Storytelling Translate product and brand concepts into compelling visual and written narratives. Collaborate with photographers, designers, stylists, and editors to create campaign content. Write strong, on-brand captions, campaign taglines, and community-focused messaging. Community Building & Engagement Monitor, respond, and engage with the community daily. Work with stylists, influencers, and emerging creators to amplify the brand voice. Identify and collaborate with cultural tastemakers and micro-creators. Analytics & Reporting Track content performance and growth metrics to optimize future strategies. Provide monthly reports and actionable insights for improving engagement and reach. What we are looking for 1-2 years of experience in fashion marketing, brand communications, or social media for fashion/lifestyle brands. Deep understanding of fashion culture, Gen Z/Gen Y behavior, and digital content formats. A sharp visual sense with experience directing or creating photo/video content. Exceptional copywriting skills — witty, thoughtful, and always on-brand. Ability to manage multiple drops, capsules, and campaigns in a fast-paced setting. Passionate about streetwear, athleisure, or luxury fashion — preferably all three. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Later/Planoly, Meta Suite.
