We're seeking an experienced Marcom Manager to lead our marketing communications efforts and promote our wellness retreat as a premier destination for holistic wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for wellness. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies to reach new audiences, drive bookings, and increase brand awareness.Create and curate engaging content (written, visual, video) for various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.Manage social media presence, including content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and programming, to ensure aligned messaging and promotional efforts.Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email sequences.Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email open rates.Manage and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, influencers, and wellness industry partners.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 5 plus years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication and project management skills.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Passion for wellness and commitment to promoting holistic well-being.Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.Certification in marketing, wellness, or a related field.Familiarity with design and video editing software.
