Job Description / Responsibilities 1. Roll Silverware, set up food station, dining area, back area, stock service utensils, set condiments, check on required stocks on daily basis. 2. Need knowledge of Food and service standards. 3. Seating the guest, giving menu, explaining menu, pouring water, serving food, explaining each and every dish while serving, asking for repeat, clearance on each course, crumping tables after every service, suggestive selling, present food bill, putting supari set, pulling chairs while guests get up, thanking the guest and finally reset the table immediately. 4. Assisting Captain on checking inventories, condiments stock, disposables, etc. 5. Fill salt, pepper, sugar, condiments, paper napkins, stock serving stations, dining areas with food and supplies. 6. Serving to the guest at par level with service standard Desired profile of the candidate 1 2th class/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Fresher or 1 year of experience as Steward/Waiter in hotels/restaurants with good communication skills, knowledge on sales, standardization in service skill, guest handling. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
