Automation for FEA / FEM Pre, Solver Post processing using Python/TCL/TK Provide simulation support to the Design team, during the Development process (Design Validation) Perform dynamic(vibration) simulations of Headlamps and rear lamps (lighting systems) Interpreting and presenting the results up to development of proposals for improvement Close cooperation with other specialized departments and develops process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency Provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Education - BE/BTech or above Experience - 4 to 5 Years of experience working with Automation tools Basic knowledge in fundamentals of mechanical engineering Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis To be proficient in the MS Office applications Written and spoken English is mandatory Programming skills in Python/TCL/TK, Hypermesh, Hyperview, Abaqus, Any Fatigue solver Fundamental understanding of Strength of materials, Vibration, design and manufacturing engineering Good understanding of any commercial FEM solvers
