Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR generalist activities such as employee data management, leave tracking, and payroll processing. Coordinate joining formalities for new employees by ensuring timely issuance of offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documents. Handle exit processes by conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth separation from the organization. Oversee HR operations including attendance management systems (AMS) implementation. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on administration, attendance management, exit process, generalistic activities, HR administration, HR operations or recruitment. MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of ATS software applications like Attendance Management Systems (AMS). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
