Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Female Only) Location: Faridabad Experience: 3 to 6 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female HR Recruiter to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce hiring, bulk hiring, and mid to senior-level recruitment. This role is critical to scaling our rapidly growing team and will involve end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:  Handle the entire recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.  Manage bulk hiring drives for warehouse and field operations roles.  Source and recruit candidates for mid to senior-level positions across departments.  Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).  Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring requirements.  Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.  Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and provide regular hiring updates.  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  Stay updated with current recruitment trends in the e-commerce sector. Key Requirements:  Only Female Candidates may apply.  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience (3–6 years) in e-commerce, bulk, and senior-level hiring.  Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.  Strong organizational and analytical skills.
