We are looking for a Female Process Cordinator for our reputed jewellery industry for overseeing and streamlining various processes to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. She will act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and resolving any challenges that arise during the process. Responsibilities: · Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth workflow. · Identifying and resolving challenges to maintain efficiency. · Facilitating communication between different departments · Implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. · Providing guidance and training to employees. · Maintaining records and data related to different processes. Skills : · Any Graduate or Equivalent. · Atleast 1-2 years work experience as a Supervisor/Cordinator or related firm. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to identify and resolve issues · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks · Proficiency in MS excel – V-look up/H-look up, PivotTables or Advanced Excel · Smart Female candidates with strong leadership qualities preferred.
