Female Staff (All-Rounder & Babysitter Roles)We are hiring female staff for the following positions: 1. All-Rounder (Cooking + Housekeeping)Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on bookings received) Role: Responsible for basic cooking, cleaning, maintaining hygiene, and overall household support. 2. Babysitter (Female)Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Role: Responsible for childcare, including feeding, playing, and ensuring the child's safety and cleanliness. Light related household duties may be required. General Details (for Both Roles):Gender: Female only Age: 18 to 35 years preferred (can work up to 40 years) Minimum Education: Not required Experience: Not mandatory, but prior experience is an advantage Perk: ₹1,000 incentive after completing 6 months of continuous employment Work Environment: Safe, supportive, and respectful
