Female Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic female telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. She should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients Explain products/services clearly and persuasively Generate leads or fix appointments Maintain a database of customer information Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and persuasive skills Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
