Position ; Service Engineer for Export Marketing (Out of India) Qualification : Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 2+ years experience as a Service Engineer, preferably with exposure to export or international markets. Role & Responsibility Visit Pharma Customer Site of Export market Installation and commissioning of Machines Troubleshooting Customer support Onsite and online solution Internal coordination between customer and team Good Communication Local Male candidate from Vasai or Mumbai preferable Good Knowledge of MS office (Excel) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates, technical guidance, and training. Prepare service reports, installation manuals, and maintenance logs accurately for each service call. Ensure all service activities comply with company standards, export regulations, and safety protocols. Strong technical knowledge of [specific product/industry] and relevant tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with global clients professionally.
