Urgent Requirement for Ghaziabad The Field Collection Executive is responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers through on-site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves traveling to assigned areas, negotiating repayment terms, and updating payment records. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers at their residences or business premises to collect overdue payments. Follow daily visit schedules and route plans to maximize efficiency. Negotiate repayment terms in line with company policies and customer situations. Educate customers on payment obligations and consequences of default. Update collection data, maintain records of visits and payments collected. Submit timely reports on collection status to the Collection Manager. Coordinate with the back-office and customer service team for issue resolution. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards during collections. Escalate unresolved cases as per defined escalation matrix. Handle cash or electronic payment transactions securely and issue receipts.
