Job Title: Field Collection Executive Location: All Delhi/NCR Job Type: [Full-Time] Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and goal-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage on-ground recovery of outstanding payments. The role involves visiting clients/customers, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers for collection of due/outstanding payments. Follow up on payment commitments and resolve any related issues. Maintain daily reports of visits and collections. Ensure adherence to company policies and collection processes. Build and maintain good customer relationships. Requirements: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate qualification. 1+ years of experience in field collections preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Valid driving license and two-wheeler (preferred). Ability to work independently and meet targets.
